Fiscal, insurance and market values: differences and uses
Three valuation purposes and a fictional example: the tax tool does not calculate insurance compensation or the real sale price.

Vehicle type:
Estimate the depreciated fiscal value of a catalog vehicle.
The service selects its stored 2026 base value for the model or motorcycle range and applies the retained percentage for the category and completed years of use. The result shows the base value, age, percentage and fiscal value.
Hypothetical example with assumed values: a €10,000 base and a retained percentage of 40% produce €10,000 × 40 / 100 = €4,000. The 40% is the share of the base retained, not another reduction applied to €4,000. These values do not describe an actual model or age; use the base and percentage in your own result.
For cars, check the variant and fuel before selecting the model. For motorcycles, quads and buggies, check the category and available range. First registration date determines completed years of use; an approximate date may change the applied percentage.
Fiscal value is a reference for preparing tax calculations. Insurance valuation and market price serve different purposes; renaming this result does not calculate either of them. When negotiating a sale, vehicle condition and comparable offers also matter.
No. Even when you need to compare insurance and fiscal values, this tool returns a fiscal table estimate. Check any payout and policy criteria separately with your insurer.
Check the technical details and entered date. If the exact variant is unavailable, do not use another variant’s result as your own. Keep the documents and check the fiscal reference that applies to your vehicle.
No. It is a vehicle value, not a tax amount. ITP uses a base, buyer information and applied conditions. Use the ITP calculator for an estimate and confirm its suitability with the competent authority.
