Moraleda Gestión & Capital SLP is a multidisciplinary professional firm dedicated to providing comprehensive advisory and administrative management services to businesses, self-employed individuals, and private clients. Its main activity includes, among others, administrative management in the field of traffic and automotive, tax, accounting, labor and commercial advisory, and strategic compliance consulting.

The Synexis® platform is a proprietary technology product (Software as a Service – SaaS) developed by Moraleda Gestión & Capital SLP, designed to facilitate the management of vehicle transfers between private individuals, providing digital tools for administrative processing, purchase-sale contract generation, vehicle report queries, and associated tax calculation.

This website and application are intended to provide access to these services and facilitate their management online.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to texts, designs, images, logos, trademarks, trade names, source code, and other elements, are owned by Moraleda Gestión & Capital SLP or by third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property regulations. Among the protected trademarks is the "Synexis" trademark and its logo, exclusive property of Moraleda Gestión & Capital SLP.

Access to the platform does not grant the user any rights over said trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of the contents without prior and express authorization from the owner is prohibited.

4. Terms of use and liability

Access to and use of the Synexis® platform assigns the status of user and implies acceptance of these conditions. The user agrees to make proper and lawful use of the platform, in accordance with current legislation, good faith, and public order. The use of the platform for illegal, fraudulent purposes or those that violate the rights and interests of third parties is prohibited.

Moraleda Gestión & Capital SLP shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from: errors or omissions in the content; lack of availability or continuity of the service; the existence of viruses or malicious programs, despite having adopted reasonable technical measures to prevent them; or improper use of the platform by the user.

5. Third-party links

If the platform includes links or hyperlinks to third-party pages, Moraleda Gestión & Capital SLP shall not exercise any control over said sites or their content, and shall not assume any liability for them. The inclusion of external links does not imply any relationship, association, or participation with the linked entities.

6. Right of exclusion

Moraleda Gestión & Capital SLP reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the platform, without prior notice, to those users who violate these terms of use or who make abusive or fraudulent use of the services.

7. Personal data protection and cookies

The processing of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is regulated in accordance with the Cookie Policy.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the access or use of the platform, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Toledo (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

9. Modifications to the Legal Notice

Moraleda Gestión & Capital SLP reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time to adapt it to regulatory, jurisprudential, or technical changes. The date of the last update will always be visible at the beginning of the document.
