Synexis is a digital platform that allows you to manage vehicle transfers between individuals in a complete, secure way without having to visit the DGT or a local agency. The entire process is carried out online.

Synexis is a product of Moraleda Gestión & Capital SLP, a company specializing in administrative management and technology.

To start a transfer you need to register with your email, name, and phone number. However, the public tools (ITP calculator, vehicle value, fiscal power, etc.) are available without registration.

The process is divided into guided steps: you select your role (buyer or seller), enter the vehicle details, the information for both parties, the ITP is calculated, the sale contract is generated, and everything is processed with the DGT.

Filling in the form usually takes less than 10 minutes. Once payment is completed, the processing with the DGT is handled promptly. Exact timescales depend on DGT workload at any given time.

Yes. Either party can start the process and then invite the other party via a unique link to complete their details.

The transfer is saved as a draft for 14 days. You will receive a reminder after 7 days. If it is not completed within that period, the draft expires automatically.

Yes. The system automatically saves your progress. You can resume the transfer from where you left off by accessing your dashboard or using the recovery link.

You will need a valid identification document (DNI, NIE or passport), the vehicle details (license plate, make, model), and the agreed sale price. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you will need the CIF.

DNI, NIE, CIF (for companies), and passport are accepted.

Yes. With the data entered during the process, Synexis automatically generates the sale contract in PDF format, ready to download and sign.

The cost includes the DGT fee (approximately €55.70), the Property Transfer Tax (ITP, which varies by region and vehicle price), and the Synexis service fee.

The ITP (Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales) is a regional tax on the purchase of used vehicles. It is calculated by applying your autonomous community's percentage to the sale price. The rate varies between 4% and 11% depending on the region.

Yes. You can use our free ITP calculator from the tools section, with no registration required.

Yes. The system allows you to defer payment if you do not wish to pay everything at the time of completing the details.

Synexis offers five tools at no cost and with no registration required: vehicle market value calculator, ITP calculator, fiscal power calculator, sale contract generator, and registration year lookup.

No. The results are indicative and provided for informational purposes only. For official data, always consult the DGT or a professional.

You can sign in with your email and password, or request a magic link that will be sent to your email address to log in without needing to remember your password.

Yes. All communication uses SSL/TLS encryption. Passwords are stored encrypted, sessions use secure httpOnly tokens (not accessible from JavaScript), and we comply with GDPR.

Yes. From your profile you can update your name, surname, email, and phone number at any time.
